This place is absolutely amazing! It's like a home away from home - cozy, well-equipped, and close to everything in the stunning Peak District. The super king size bed was mind-blowingly comfortable, and the welcome pack with snacks and wine was a super nice touch. The cottage is perfect for able-bodied individuals, although the steep stairs can be a hilarious workout. The kitchen has everything you need, and the quaint garden seating area is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The location is fantastic, despite being on a main road with some early morning traffic. the accommodation is beautiful, well-located, and packed with thoughtful touches. We would definitely visit again!

The Quirky Stairs: As I made my way up the steep, slippy stairs at Holly Cottage, I couldn't help but imagine myself on an adventure in an ancient castle. It added an extra touch of charm to the property and made me feel like a character in a whimsical fairytale.
Noisy Lorries: The constant rumble of lorries passing by the cottage was a slight inconvenience.

Loved the cozy ambiance of the cottage, it really made us feel at home during our Christmas stay. The fully stocked kitchen was a blessing, we had everything we needed to cook a delicious festive meal. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Another advantage was the welcome pack, it was a nice touch and made us feel welcomed.
The steep stairs in the cottage were quite challenging, especially for older guests. It would have been better if there was a handrail or something to assist with going up and down.

Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. Perfect location with regular bus services, allowing for enjoyment of the stunning view while driving. Quaint and clean cottage with thoughtful welcome pack. Cozy seating area in the garden. Easily accessible to local town and nearby attractions. The enormous super king size bed on the first floor is a dream. GREAT for relaxing evenings in. Challenges: Steep stairs and steps may not be suitable for everyone. Road noise from passing lorries in the mornings. Stairs can be a bit tricky, but they add humor to the experience. The kitchen lacks a dishwasher and washing machine.
